Sahagian has over 13 years experience in residential real estate sales and over 3 years of property managment experience. In addition to his experience in sales and management he shadowed a real estate inspector for 3 years where he gained a better understanding of residential and commercial property construction. During the process of when we got an initial offer from a prospective buyer which was not even an offer we considered worth countering, Steve supported our decisions and we never felt any pressure to accept an offer. In fact, he would even share with us when he felt that either the offer was not a good one or when he believed the buyer was probably willing to go higher. Even after we had accepted & signed the offer, Steve continued to fight for us over the various items the buyer still wanted from us (such as minor inspection items to even the conditions the buyer wanted to impose as part of the closing).
